MSW Physiotherapy is the creation of Gareth Whelan, James Midgley, and Simon Smith a team of expert physiotherapists with a passion for providing the best possible patient experience. "We all work in sub-specialist clinical areas," says Simon Smith. "We think this is of great advantage to our clients. Seeing me about your knee, or Gareth about your shoulder means your taking advice from someone with over a decade of experience of diagnosing and treating problems like yours. We can advise on a whole spectrum of treatments, arrange further tests, and perform specialist treatments like injections." The team chose to locate at Equinox House because the facilities on offer complemented their vision of excellent patient experience. "The facility has great accessibility features," says Gareth Whelan, "and loads of free car parking space. From a service delivery point of view the clinic rooms are of superb quality, offering space, privacy, and the IT system is linked to the onsite digital X-ray suite." The team's ethos of excellent patient experience also extends to their digital presence. "We've spent a lot of time designing and developing our client information area on our website," says James Midgley. "Our aim is to support our patients with high quality health information. There's lots of information on their for our clients to digest after they've seen us, and to support them getting better." To celebrate the opening of the clinic the team are offering a 10% discount on new consultations throughout July and August. Simply quote the reference 'MSW Opening 2016' when booking.
