Distributions are payable on Aug. 15, 2016, to unitholders of record at the close of business Aug. 5, 2016. The partnership's last quarterly distribution was declared April 19, 2016. This release is intended to be a qualified notice under Treasury Regulation Section 1.1446-4(b). All of Dominion Midstream's distributions to foreign investors should be treated by brokers and nominees as being attributable to income that is effectively connected with a United States trade or business.
