Bringing years of experience serving the region, On Site Rep aligns with the client, representing them every step of the way to prepare and deliver their facility needs.  Working with more than 100 of the region's premier contractors, vendors, and suppliers, On Site Rep has the expertise to deliver 1) bid/scope preparation, 2) provider coordination/competition, and ultimately, 3) seamless implementation. "My clients are very hard working and extremely busy.  It's impossible for them, in addition to all of their other daily responsibilities, to task themselves with the process On Site Rep offers," says Dave Lamb, co-owner and CEO. "They tell me there's simply not enough time or resources…not to mention staying up to date on the latest funding mechanisms, utility rebate incentives, and grants that are available in the marketplace which we assist them with." Whether a facility needs a service agreement, requires major upgrades (mechanical systems, roof, etc.), or would benefit from becoming more energy efficient (LED lighting, building controls, etc.), On Site Rep aligns with each client's specific needs.  This is done by navigating the complicated processes involved in identifying the scope of a project, finding and managing reputable providers, establishing a budget and timeframe, and seeing the project to completion.  On Site Rep, LLC, founded in 2016 by Lindsay and David Lamb, is a full service facility consulting/general contracting firm focused on identifying and implementing renovations and upgrades to existing buildings across all sectors.  To learn more, visit www.onsiterep.com.  Please send inquiries to:  Lamb@OnSiteRep.com On Site Rep, LLC. 8878 Covenant Avenue #111 Pittsburgh, PA 15237 (412) 626-7378 (REP U) www.OnSiteRep.com Contact: Lindsay Lamb     Telephone: (412) 626-7378 (REPU)  Email: Lamb@OnSiteRep.com  Website: www.OnSiteRep.com  Logo - http://photos.prnewswire.com/prnh/20160616/380246LOGO SOURCE On Site Rep, LLC.
